The SIM card on my phone stopped working, I was told. I was to order a new one which is taking forever to get to me. In the meantime I resorted in using the one I had in the iPad - that works - and use it on the phone only I have to put up with number. Despite having requested a PAC to transfer my existing number over this SIM card nothing’s happened so far. I’m very disappointed and frustrated feeling like I’m gonna change Networks even before seeing the end of this. That’s all. Thanks for reading. J

@JayLuVe_1511774 If you ordered a PAC, that is for transferring to another network and I'm not sure that you can use it to transfer the number to another Smarty sim.

Exactly, PAC codes are solely used to transfer a number from one network to another, not between two SIM cards of the network
Looks like the OP is confused by the intended use of a PAC code.
