Hi I have a SIM card that has u limited data only it’s not working but says resets in 17 days what does that mean

All Smarty plans last for 30 days, then your allowances reset.
My own plan has a data allowance of 50 GB per month, and my billing period runs from the 2nd day of each month. So, on the second day of each month, my data allowance will reset to 50 GB of data to be used during the next 30 days.
If you are unable to access the internet on your device, contact Smarty, who can help get you up and running. Or post more details here, so that community members may be able to help.
Helpful info :
Are you new to Smarty ?
Have you activated your SIM card ?
Do you have good coverage on Three, the parent network of Smarty ?
What device are you using your Smarty sim in, a phone or another device ?
Are you trying to use the Smarty SIM card within the UK or abroad ? (For use abroad, the APN within your device's settings needs to be changed to 'asm.mob.net' (without the ' quote marks)
Give the above info to Smarty staff, and / or post it here, for this community to help.
