Hi, I am switching my number to Smarty and when asked to what my current number is I typed in 7930... without the '0' at the start as the box started with +44. Reckon this will be an issue?

@Matthew_2244643,

With the number request starting +44 as you've done, you won't need the initial 0.  There won't be an issue AFAIK.

You can rest assured you put in the number correctly.

@Matthew_2244643 I think that's fine, it's how the form is setup and a lot of other porting forms use the same format. They probably do it to ensure that you enter a UK number by design - even though the number of characters sometimes might not be restricted! In your dashboard for example - your old number will show with a '44' at the start so it's just how they do it here, and in other places its just a normal text field so you enter the number however you want.
