Poor data speed

 NN18 8AG area, 3 network state maintainace work with slow traffic in this area but Smarty say no problem.

I have 5g with 2 bars but service drops out along with glitches in connection. 

Network connections deleted & re-inputed but problem still persists. 

Is there anything else to try before I bin this sim and move to O2?

@JasonBa_1078376 Just saw your comment to this effect on another thread and have replied there.

Just as a gentle reminder......Probably best never to publish personal details like postcode on public forums.

It is an Industrial estate. Not a home address, but shocking how poor service is in the area. Along with what seems poor understanding of how Smarty uses the 3 Network, and informing customers of network being good yet '3' state ongoing mast works!

Perhaps worth a complaint if info from Smarty does not match what 3 say?
