I seem to be paying twice to Smarty. Don't know how long it's been going on, don't have the time to look now. What should I do?

Well, you definitely need to look, to confirm your thoughts.
First thing I would do is check your Smarty dashboard - If indeed you are paying twice, I wonder if you mistakenly activated two Smarty SIM cards and monthly plans, which would easily explain you paying twice.
If you do only have one Smarty SIM active, then contact Smarty via webchat to resolve the issue.

@JosephLe_955624 This seems unfortunate. If you can present evidence of how many times you have overpaid then you have a case for requesting immediate refund.
If you cannot track back in your bank.card account to find the instances of double charge, you will not have any chance of a refund.
In summary, ensure that you take a bit of time to check the account where you normally pay Smarty. Surely it cannot take long to go back over past months' records - it will always be paid on the same day of the month.
