I bought a single sim card from and Argos store. Set up an account, paid £12 for the Unlim Calls Texts 100GB Data, and 24 hours after payment there is still no activation. Customer service say its a glitch and will be activated by the system within 24 hours. SMARTY just like Three, are shocking and full of lies. Customer service is a sham with zero help or remedy to the situation, only offer of a refund. What a terrible service.
Has anyone else experienced this shocking network?

Smarty works very well or me and many others on this forum.
Have you put your SIM in your phone and activated it ? You need to do this yourself by putting your SIM in your phone.
Also, yes, you pay for your first month in advance, BUT, that first month doesnt start until you have activated your SIM - You could choose to activate your SIM on Christmas Day, and your first month wouldnt start until then, and no further payments would be taken between now and Christmas Day.

@RobSmith96 Sorry to hear of your experience. There are however a large number of customers who don't seem to have had any problems - me included.
