Typing a long sentence without much actual information doesn’t give us, your fellow Smarty users, much to go on !
Have you tried to switch TO Smarty from another network OR FROM Smarty to another network ?
As Smarty do not offer long term contracts, I am GUESSING you tried to switch from Smarty TO another network.
As you say that you couldn’t obtain a contract, then it’s highly unlikely that your number will have ported to a non existent contract.
