Pac code not working customer service shocking

Been with smarty for one week and will be  ending contract finding it impossible to switch my old number with smarty shocking customer service just dribbling the same message repeatedly.

Hi I'm new here and struggling to find where I post a question. I would like to leave but when I request a pac it says "sorry somthing has gone wrong, to access your pac, please contact support" is that here? What do I do?

Just got sim and had given pac code to save old number! They have sent me a new number ffs?

 

@Jonatha_2384762 When you activate a new sim, it has a random number allocated.

After activation, you then request a port-in of your old number and it should be changed on the next business day https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/7172594-when-will-my-number-be-transferred
