cellular network not available

Hi, I have a BUSH Spira E4X 5.5" Smartphone, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, I have had it for a good few years now getting on for 20 or more, i have recently tried to put my other smarty sim card into the phone as well as the one i have been using in my present phone, and evey time i try to phone it tells me that CELLULAR NETWORK IS NOT AVAILABLE, it appears that it is compatIble to 4G and 4G RAM, so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what can be done to hopefully rectify this, thank you for any assistance.

@WilliamD52919 Have you checked that there is a signal in your area? Check coverage and then Network Status.

Did you check that you have correct size sim in relevant slots?
