Hi
I am unable to make calls - the network has been saying for several weeks there is an issue for my postcode but no resolution.
Are th two issues connected?

@AlexHug_2031803 If there is an issue with a local mast that you discovered on the Network Status checker, then this may well led to you not being able to make calls.
Have you tried to make a call from a different area?
You could try a web chat with Smarty Support to ask if they can find further detail.
