As per title. Smarty has told me my old 3 number has successfully been transferred to my Smarty SIM. But when calling my old number, it says the number is not in use.
The old SIM has been disabled.
I have restarted my phone multiple times but still nothing. What gives?

You'll probably need to contact SMARTY help & support for assistance with this issue, @MariekeV_453828.
