Group - problems after group numbers ported

I ported my number from EE and set up a group with my wife and daughter. I added them to the group after they activated their Smarty sim but before their numbers had ported from EE. Now their numbers have been ported I am getting the message their Snarty account has been closed. I can not send them another email to invite them to the group as I’ve previously used both their emails. How do I get them and their new/ported numbers added to the group?

@JamesDo_3232405  web chat with Smarty Support if all is not as expected. They can check the accounts.

I waited 44 mins on the chat then got a formulaic response “we are aware there is an issue with the closure of ported accounts please give us 48 hours to try and fix it” …. None of my specific questions were answered and none of my family of 5 can access their accounts …. Not a great introduction to Smarty 

@JamesDo_3232405 Have you considered that they may not yet know what has gone wrong?

Support Team will be relying on the Systems people to diagnose the fault - what do you want them to say if they don't yet know?
