I activated my sim card this morning and my old telephone number hasn’t been transferred - what can I do

You need to request the PAC code using the old sim. Send that to smarty via the place on the app. Be aware we have been waiting since 31 March for ours to happen.

@Rhyanne_3067223 I replied on your other post. Something is wrong here because transfer normally takes place on the next business day. You need to web chat Support Team.

@RobertDa_836777 If you ordered a port in transfer, you should have been given a date for that transfer.
Did you give the PAC code from your old network?
