Number transfer

I activated my smarty and got a text and email to confirm that. However I can't transfer my old number because in the app it's still saying my smarty hasn't been activated yet. Any ideas of what to do?

@Bes_2654078 Have you tried signing in to the main web site? If it shows:

a) your active sim (with its random mobile number) and                                                                                                    b) also your active Smarty plan and most importantly                                                                                                                      c) you can make calls, send texts and use data

in that case, all is well and you can complete a port-in request with the PAC from previous network.
