Trouble with customer service on chat

Having trouble getting the chat person to answer my questions.  Very evasive. Won't address the actual question and takes half an hour between posts. Very frustrating.

Good advice from both @MSF and @Chalkychap there @DavidAn_2602108 

Although this is “only” the community forum, us being smarty customers just like you, so not employees, many of us are long term Smarty customers, we may be able to answer your question, should you wish to let us know what it is, or of course, you could search for an any answer from previous questions. 

Off the top of my head, we tend to see repeated questions around the following topics :

Porting numbers into Smarty

Coverage / Signal

Roaming

Using Smarty in a portable WiFi device. 

Removing the bar on adult entertainment.

We did also once have a guy who couldn’t get a Smarty SIM to work in his Tesla. Turned out that Tesla’s are network locked, and you had to buy a service from Tesla. 

So, if you wish, run your question by us, we may be able to help. I do what I can, but both @MSF and @Chalkychap are very knowledgeable re Smarty.
