I took out a Smarty account using a Bonus Sim a family member had with their Sim, on Monday.
After some trouble getting it activated, I finally was able to select a tariff. Then I submitted my PAC - all before 5pm.
It's now Thursday, so by tomorrow it'll be 4 full days waiting to get the number ported.
I've contacted Support, but am being told 'its a technical issue, we'll update you' but that's it. No indication of how long, no explanation of why it's taking so long and so on.
Meanwhile, I took out a nickname Sim to give to my Son, which arrived on Tuesday. I submitted the PAC on Wednesday, and it activated today, all as planned. But my number is still pending.
Annoyingly, Smarty have a better discount than I had when I joined on Monday! I haven't been able to use the Sim, and have no idea when I will get my number ported!
The support person wont escalate, just repeats the same line. What is going on!
