Why is my Internet TV box not working with my unlimited Smarty data sim. Every time I log in, my TV just freezes. I went to Africa on holidays with this box and the Mi-Fi router I had over there was working just fine with my Internet TV box but it’s not working here in the UK. Can someone help me with an answer why this is happening

Hey, If you have been using your sim abroad successfully you may have to change your APN settings back to use in the UK here is a guide to help https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1155220-using-the-internet-after-you-ve-joined-smarty
