FWIW, I havent seen any such deals, and I only joined Smarty on June 2nd, so only 26 days ago, so I am probably still classed as a new customer.

If you are referring to the deals that pop up every couple of months, then I think you'll find that you can also have that deal if you contact Support Team.
As a general rule, it never hurts to ask if you see something that was apparently not offered to you. What's the worst that can happen? You'll be refused?
