@DermotC_3137523 If you have just switched, it Amy take a little while for the system to catch up. The request to port your number happens when you input the PAC code from your previous network (which I assume you did).

This is fraud and scam I have been cheated. I getting out. No human voice. Web chat not accessible. I was told 50gb but got 16gb on payment. Big time fraud

@Mohamma_3162976 Do not make accusations that you cannot prove - it is called libel.
If you contact Smarty Support, they can offer you that deal without you making a fuss.
There is no 'human voice' because smarty keeps the costs down by only having web chat or email support.
