Is that your home address, or are you staying in the Holiday Inn Express whilst in Sheffield ?
If it’s your home address, did you check the network coverage offered by Three, which is Smarty’s parent company, or did you just “buy blind” without checking the coverage on Three where you live, work and socialise ?

@Mohamme_2257776 Can I please suggest that you NEVER post any personal information on a public website.
Firstly, you should always check your area with the coverage checker https://smarty.co.uk/coverage-checker to see if the area should generally have good service. Next, check the network status checker https://smarty.co.uk/network-status-checker for the area to see if there are any mast problems now.
P.S. I just checked and there is a problem in that postcode right now, but normally it should have a good signal. Don't forget that some buildings can shield the signal if they have a lot of metal structure.

@MSF I noticed that Three's network status page seems to have a habit of showing the same message even though there doesn't seem to be anything- it suggests that there is a problem in my area though I have absolutely none! Everything works as expected - there is even a timestamp on the bottom of the box that indicates when this was 'updated' .. unless they use the same placeholder text for minor work or disruptions too?
Tried even 10 different postcodes, and the same message! Unless there is a problem 'somewhere' Lol.

Hey @jassingh, other online communities have speculated whenever this (apparently) never changing status message "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area" is displayed, Three UK are working on their backhaul network infrastructure in the given location.
It's thought Three UK are upgrading their backhaul network in numerous locations across the UK to handle increased data traffic after 3G switch-off. Following switch-off, Three UK will have to use mobile data for 4G Calling (VoLTE), and be a data only packet switched network.
At my location, this status message has been displayed for nearly 12-months.

thanks @Chalkychap, good insight! I think you're right they must be making small tweaks and improvements in anticipation of the switch-off and increased demands/customer uptake.
