I've realised since renewing my contract that unfortuneteley, the network speed is delayed significantly and the signal is occasionally out of bounds, affecting my ability to receive calls. I had not had these issues prior to renewing my contract.

I also changed to Smarty and have been unable to make or receive calls since day 1. The network coverage is supposed to be very good in my area and I never had problems with Three's network before. They tell me they are working on masts, but I'm beginning to think this wasn't a good move as no-one can give me any idea when whatever the work they are doing will be completed.
