We have these in case an emergency call needs to be made in case we lose connection on the now ViOP connection we have instead of the standard land line. The ViOP connection can be lost if broadband goes' down or Electricity Failure. I tried to or three sims on line but this was denied I even tried on a customer service conversation which also denied this possibility but the conversation with the message that it was easy to join SARTY MOBILE. I bought 3 sims from Argos in an attempt to resolve my problem in my attempt to resolve my problem. I told by customer service "It was easy to join SARTY MOBILE." Far from it the web are a maze not very intuitive in try to register my bought sims alongside the PAC numbers I have now been sent 4 sims in the post trying to set up a group of the three phones seem to be not very intuitive also. Have to go now feeling fatigue now not good for me. Thanks' All.

Most grateful for you response I did see your suggestion but I didn't find it helpful to navigate the website. When trying to activate one of the bought sims filling in all the necessary correct information, exiting phone number along with PAC number email address tariff and so on. I got a message that I would be set a a sim this seem to happen for each sim I tried to activate. This is why I found the web pages are a maze not very intuitive, along with the help articles did not seem help with the problems I have been having. Once again thank you for your help.
