@IanJohn_2055886 Any chance that you have used 12Gb while roaming? If so, that would be a likely reason as that is the EU roaming limit. You would then need to purchase an EU Data Roaming Pass (see Price Guide) to be able tobget further use while roaming.

Further to what @MSF has said, has your device worked at all since you arrived in France ?
On the assumption that it hasnt, you need to change the APN to 'mob.asm.net' and it should hopefully spring to life.
Consult your device's manual, or google, how to change APN settings in your device if you need to.
