If you call my mobile from a landline(01/02/some 03 numbers) the calls go to ee voicemail, I donot have an ee account, however the number was an ee number prior to 2020.
a tech call back seemed to think it was a partial port issue. Multiple web chats later still no resolution.However it’s been 3 week since Smarty have been aware and the issue still persists.

@AllanFo_3083788 As forum members, there's not much we can do, but perhaps you should escalate this as a Complaint.

complaints take 28 days, I did have a long web chat today, to be told they would turn off voicemail, to then be told it was already off, issue of landlines to ee voicemail when calling my mobile has supposedly been sent to back line. Finger is poised on the “give me PAC code” button. Not sure where we chat is run from but I don’t think it’s in the Uk because the lack of reading and understanding my issue was massive.

@AllanFo_3083788 I wouldn't disagree with you about location of support service.
The only potential problem I foresee about asking for your PAC is that, if the original port has gone wrong, will this maybe worsen the situation?
