You need a pac code from old network and then give Smarty details of your original number and the pac for them to start the process.

But doesn’t work on weekends. If you apply Monday morning, it should transfer by Tuesday 5pm

Sorted thank you

I have the PAC code

Hi want to bring my old number over to smarty

@AdrianE_2145142 In that case, this helpful article will tell you what to do: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/7019273-keeping-your-number

Also, you can see what's necessary in your account dashboard.

To add to the useful info from @MSF

Some networks don’t require you to add your birthdate when you request a PAC code by text.

So, if ‘PAC ddmmyy’  to 65075 doesn’t work then :

Just text ‘PAC’ to 65075

Whichever network you currently use, it’s always 65075 that you text for a PAC code

*PAC is “Porting Authority Code”

Just to add to this @JJP2 , on some networks aside from providing date or birth (or nothing at all), they usually ask for a PIN which is what you will have set up with that provider for an online account etc. Vodafone is one that asks for a PIN along with the word PAC before sending the info.
