Probably best having a web chat with Support team as they can access your account if necessary.
Is this a phone? Are calls and texts working? does your dashboard show that you have data left on your plan?

Is your Huawei device network locked @Marie_Tour?
They're often network locked, so might not work with a SMARTY SIM card.
