I recently moved one of the 4 sims on my account using the PAC code, in the process auto renew was turned off for all accounts (strange but ok). I turned auto renew back on for the owner sim and thought nothing of it as all sims are linked to the one payment. However, one of the sims has just received the 7 days left warning. When I check the account both the child sims have auto-renew off with the message "Auto-renew will be turned off for all accounts until you add a stored payment method.". The owner sim has auto renew on and a stored payment method. So I have no idea how to fix this. I have turned the owner sim auto renew off and on, I have stored payment method in the owner account settings, yet the child sims are stuck.
Any ideas?
Owner sim states for those who don't know
"Updating your payment settings will update the payment settings for all group member accounts.
Auto-renew settings can be managed individually for each Group member. You can easily switch between accounts from your Menu."

@stevenm_2866436 Looking at my on group, you need to set up the payment method for each member it appears (I am not familiar with it as I have never changed anything since forming the group just before Noah entered the Ark!)
May be worth checking each account separately - from you account dashboard, click on blue circle at top right and then move to each one.
