Auto Renew fail

Every month auto renew doesn't work, it used to, but ever since January 2025 it hasnt, auto renew is on yet every month it tells me it hasn't worked. Smarty app help is useless they say it's a problem with your bank. It is not, it has nothing to do with them. Wish I could just speak to someone over the phone.

@MartinF_2130037  If they are telling you that it is a bank problem, why will speaking to someone get you a different answer? Have you checked with your bank to see if they are declining the request for payment?

If you genuinely feel that the issue is not being dealt with properly, raise it as a Complaint.
