Erroneous Calls ?

 Just saw in my history these two calls, which I supposedly made just after midnight.

Thing is, I was in bed by 22.30 hours (10.30 PM) last night, and the number isnt in my contacts.

Can a Smarty representative or a member of the community shed any light on this strange occurrence ? 🧐

Hello @JJP2  This is the number for Smarty Voicemail. Any chance of 'fat finger syndrome' when putting the phone down somehow?

Just checked, and yes, it is.

I either "sleep dialled" or I am going senile...

At least its only the Smarty voicemail number and didnt rack up a big bill.

@JJP2 Aha, but there's the thing!!! As a Smarty customer, if you don't keep a large account credit, it's not possible to rack up a big bill !!

I must say that this is one reason for using this type of service. I don't need to spend vast amount of time on the phone to goodness-knows-where arguing about an unexpected bill .
