Hi there.

Is anyone else based in Derry / Londonderry having any network issues? I can't get any connection when I'm off WiFi.

Any idea what's happening?

Thanks.

Have you tried the network status checker?

I cannot get it to work at present, but you may get a clue there.

Enter your postcode online at https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support - this checker might provide an insight.

Hey  Georgekeddy

MSF Is right checking your network status is the next best step, I have checked this today and you should be able to see your network status here, https://bit.ly/40E0Y7h

I get this response no matter what I enter

Hey  Georgekeddy

If you want us to look into it further please reach out to our chat team https://smarty.co.uk/contact  and one of our advisors will be more than happy to help, available daily from 8am – 8pm.

I did and I've been told to firstly check my phone settings, secondly "there's a congestion issue" and thirdly "buy add on data". Not happy at all.

Yeah, the online web chat is often like a lottery - you don't often win the jackpot.
Sadly it seems to be a case of, #LessSMARTY, and #MoreMalarkey.

What do you suggest I do now? Don't see the point in paying for a service that doesn't give me simple connection guarantee
