Not connect to smarty after paying up after 2 days, can anyone help.

Hi thanks for the reply, chat line will not answer, I'm going round in circles!!

Paid up 2 days ago, and still not connected. 

Confused and frustrated.. 

Usually you'll need to wait several minutes or more before one of the SMARTY advisers replies, when using the web chat, @Michael_2466290.

Have you activated your SMARTY SIM card?

Yes it's been activated apparently it's an issue at smarty's end. 2 days ago. 

I've been waiting to talk to an adviser 3 hrs now!! They've got my money now blank me, sweet. 

Not sounding ideal, @Michael_2466290. The times I've tried SMARTY web chat, was lucky enough to start chatting with an adviser within 10-minutes.

@Michael_2466290 If you can see an active sim on your account dashboard plus an active Smarty plan and Network status check doesn't reveal a local issue, raise a complaint via the web page if Support Team not helping.
