I'm assuming that you have already activated a Smarty sim.

As @Chalkychap says, you get your PAC from Vod. and then complete the transfer request online in your account. The Pac remains valid for 30 days I believe.

Gentle reminder again.......we are forum members and not smarty directly, so best never to post any of your private info.

Not a good idea to post your mobile number online @Michael_1914459.

If you don't have your PAC from Vodafone, ask them for your PAC.

Once you've got your PAC, give it to SMARTY from your online dashboard of your SMARTY account @Michael_1914459.

Once SMARTY have processed your PAC, they'll let you know when your number will be switched (carried) over to SMARTY, and also arrange for your Vodafone account to be closed.
