Hey, so I left SMARTY for EE but now since regret that decision because the prices are too high and want to revert any changes.
However, can a SIM card that had been disconnected be re-activated or would I need to start fresh?

To all intents and purposes, your former Smarty SIM card is now 'dead', so you would need a new Smarty SIM card.

@Jack0x Once you leave and port your number, the sim is deactivated.
you would need to start afresh with a new sim - it will have a random number allocated and you can then of course port in your own number from previous network by obtaining a PAC from them and giving details to Smarty in your dashboard.
