Calling from Spain

I’m currently having to work from Spain as my dad is unwell. I’ve been using my mobile to make calls from WiFi not data but today it won’t allow me to call Ebglish mobile numbers?

Firstly, check that your wifi connection is still working.

You should be able to make calls while in the EU exactly as if you were in the UK, so something odd here. Try taking the phone off wifi calling and use mobile network e.g. Movistar, Vodafone ES etc

If still no joy, see what is showing on your dashboard when you log into your account.Failnig that, perhaps a web chat with Support so that they can take a look at your account.
