Connection problems in Trowbridge

I joined a week or so ago, and have had almost no data connection at all in that time - there has been an occasional foray into 3G connectivity, but it usually lasts a matter of minutes before disappearing again.

I've tried the network status check, and all it has said for the entire time is this:

We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area. Sorry for any disruptions this may cause.

Our engineers are working on masts nearby, which means the rest of our network is handling more traffic than usual. We’re working as quickly as we can to provide you with a stronger network in your area. Status updates will be posted here.

Any idea when/if there'll be an update (as I'm beginning to regret switching)?
