Make my wife owner of her sim card

I bought  my wife's sim card so it is in my name. I'm dying of cancer this year, how do I fix it so she owns it? Probably the same thing for the one for my iPad.Thanks.Doug Weller

Hi my phone is 5g ready.Is my 7gb a month sim plan at £10 giving me 5g? I can't see anywhere on my dashboard if I am on only 4g or 5g.I've been told by other providers that pay as you go doesn't support 5g.Thanks in advance.
