Problems activating my e-sim

My barcode is not showing on my laptop. I am trying to paste my lpa string. received my activation code on the 18 June. Need a new activation code. Is there no way to talk to a smarty app customer service rep?

    Hi I can't get on smarty .. I've been in touch before and was told I wasn't on smarty .. you have taken the money out of my account and I've been without Internet since then ..
