WiFi in Leeds

Does anyone know what has happened to the Smarty WiFi signal in Leeds 7, normally Smarty is quick and reliable, but for the last 3/4 days the WiFi signal is practically non existent, downloaded speed 0.33mbs and upload speed 0.03mbs, it's unusable, please help, thank you
