Probably just a bit of latency in the SMARTY systems @johntay_2016584.
Anyway, SMARTY community members can't access SMARTY customer accounts, which is probably needed here to check the progress of your number transfer to SMARTY.

So, have you / are you :
Checked that you have coverage on Three, Smarty’s parent network, where you live, work and socialise ?
Bought and activated a plan, and checked its active on your dashboard ?
Are you in the UK or abroad ? (If abroad, the APN in your device, whether it’s a phone or mobile broadband device. needs to be set to “mob.asm.net”)
