I bought a SMARTY 60GB for £10, on a supermarket as "limited time retailer offer" when I went to activate and use the 12 numbers, it only showed me other options, none for £10/60GB, I end up buying  £13 40G to try if was working, as is for my new SIM router.

the data has run off and I want to top up. but that SIM transaction doesn't show on my account.  only shows on my bank statement , on my registered account in Smarty  only shows a canceled old card from 2021.

1- what did I do wrong on the activation , as the 60GB for £10 SIM , only allowed me to buy 40GB for £13 online.

2- is not on a phone, only on a SIM router, I cannot access to any smarty app.

3-I want to top up with unlimited Data, but my new sim is not showing on my account, so I am very uncomfortable paying again when everything seems wrong.

@NuGa_925 You cannot 'top up' a plan as such. You can buy data add-ons for the plan you currently have  (see Price Guide on page 15 for options) and then buy a different plan for next month (don't forget to turn off auto-renew in your Account Dashboard)

If you web chat with Smarty support they may be able to explain what went wrong

If you look at smarty.co.uk, they are offering 80Gb for £10 right now instead of the usual 40Gb - you could use that in your router (obviously without any calls or texts). This makes your supermarket sim look like a worse offer.
