A long time ago I was given a 2Gb data add by Smarty as a 'sorry' for a mess-up.
I generally don't use much data via mobile as I am often in places with wifi; the data add on hardly went down and equally I rarely used much data from my monthly plans....

@IlieTrandafir7 You bought the 200Gb plan? Even if you used all the data, you would still have calls and texts because they are unlimited.If you post again, please can you just type into the box - nearly missed most of what you wrote.

@LeeWalk_2992208 When you log into your Account Dashboard on the web site, you would normally see a yellow box with data details and underneath a date when the plan will reset. Are you not seeing that?
@JoanneD_2197181 The offer is not being advertised any longer on Smarty website - have you seen it elsewhere?You can try your luck in a web chat with Smarty Support -what's the worst that can happen - they say no?
