I have just had my phone number ported from my previous supplier. My previous supplier was 3 and I had WiFi calling. My number was ported via Smarty from £ and my WiFi calling has now stopped working.
One of the reasons I need WiFi calling is because I live in an area that has very poor/non existent mobile phone signal. When I read Smarty used the 3 network and did WiFi calling, I changed.
How come 3 support my phone, but Smarty, using 3, do not. I can connect to WiFi on my phone, but no matter what I turn on on my phone, I cannot use it.
