WIFI calling not available on Honor 70 5G despite it showing on the list of compatible phones.  Webchat just now with customer service says "back end team" are working on it but not estimated time for any update.  New phone bought because of stated compatibility by SMARTY and it doesn't work.  I have zero signal in my house hence needing WIFI calling.  Hurry Up SMARTY and sort it out please!

This is an interesting area @MaryMiln_939351, because WiFi Calling in not mentioned in the SMARTY terms & conditions, except to say you CANNOT rely on making emergency calls using WiFi Calling.

Section 11.4 of the terms & conditions essentially says if something does not work - tough luck.
Most mobile network providers have a similar section.

While not by any means a perfect solution, can you at least use WhatsApp to call a number of your contacts?

Assuming the contact also uses WhatsApp... not everyone uses WhatsApp.

Happy to say that a phone update issued yesterday has now fixed the problem and WiFi calling is now available.
