Can anyone else replicate this issue. On Google earth when using smarty on any device, zoom in with 3d buildings turned on. Move around quickly and the bottom left percentage dial will display. You notice eventually it gets stuck at 29 percent. Speed tests show a connection that was 200 300 a moment ago had now dropped to not even half a mb into. Only fix is to wait it out or aeroplane mode. I can assure you I have done everything to replicate, unfortunately the common factor is smarty as using another connection the issue does not happen. Even using a smarty connection in hotspot mode will exhibit the problem in other devices thus adding more proof it is smarty and not device location etc. I am awaiting feedback from smarty so this post is reaching out for other users feedback more so than support.
