Why are some numbers blocked

Why are short numbers like competitions and Stop to 1234 etc fail??? Also numbers to banks 08....wont connect?????

@SharonMe_888378 It's because Smarty currently does not support that service....and it doesn't seem that there are any plans to add it in the near future from previous comments.

Only numbers starting 080 are included in your plan's call allowances @SharonMe_888378.

You'd need some additional credit on your account to be able to call any out-of-plan numbers.
