Hello @DavidPi_1688239 . You are posting on the Community Forum here. We are not Smarty and so you did not pay us anything.
You need to look at your account dashboard to see if there is an active Smarty plan first. If there is, then perhaps your settings are wrong. If no plan shows, then start a web chat with Support Team.
