What happened to the chatbot on the dashboard?and how do you get information on your account/billing

Tried the contact button only found  20 different ways to send me  here and and the dashboard doesn't contain the answers I need

Sorry I can't find a "message us" anyware and the contact is button sends me here 😤 as someone who is severely sight impaired navigating smartys gui stinks the chat bot used to be on the dashboard and was simple to find if difficult to use but I suppose hiding it saves money

@JohnBin_2123400 I wonder if this may be a problem with your internet browser as this certainly appears on mine.

Can you clear the cache? Also , are you logged into your account when you try to chat?

You maybe right about the browser when you select massive fonts and then apply screen 🔍 as well can do strange things to your browser and I was signed in I can see the balance of my account and everything else the chat bots disappearance I feel is a change made by smarty 

Wether this is deliberate or unintentional or just down to the settings I am using I can't say but the chat icon disappearance seems a change made by smarty

Just logedin again and I got a lovely big box with start a web chat in I it🏆 this could be a problem caused by the settings I have to use to see the damed screen I never had this problem  before though  all I gotta do now is find out why that take payment automatically button don't seam to work either and we're golden thanks folks for the help but it seams to have sorted it's self maybe a refresh was what's needed🥳
