PAC request fails authentication

I have moved to a different provider. My own account is closed. I can still access my son's account who was under my own account. However, Smarty is saying my request for a PAC for him is failing authentication. I'm getting no information back from Smarty. I'm pulling my hair out with this. Does anyone have any ideas? I've tried texting PAC with my date of birth AND PAC with my son's date of birth. No luck with either.

Did you register your son’s SIM in your name or his? All you need is the date of birth given at the time of registration and you get the PAC via text.

I had to register my son’s SIM using my name and date of birth because he was under 13 at the time. Could you have made up a fake date of birth at the time only to forget it now?
