Weak signal

Hi 

When is there going to be a strong signal in Oxford?

Can only get 0.15Mb download speed so unable to do anything with it

Yes for some reason three/smarty sims do not work in Oxford area

@Michael_1994897  Even once you manage to discount any network issues in the area, it is possible to not receive a good signal due to interference from the building itself.

I suggest checking to see if the problem is the same all around the area and even outside the immediate area.

I live on a boat as continuous cruiser, last week near Bourne end I had 19Mb download speed so probably just this area with a problem, I have had a 3 sim and had to cancel contract after a week as no service here

Aha @Michael_1994897 !! Therein may lie the problem!! Smarty runs on a network which is.....wait for it!.......(drum roll).......3 network!!!!

If the 3 sim didn't work, then quite possible smarty won't work either - that's a shame!

Lol, yes will just have to use my sky sim until I can get a decent signal with the smarty sim it seems, thanks for advice though 👍
