very bad servec from smarty

from november 2023 i have this problem

This is the problem I have
I entered a page  SMARTY ACTIVATE  TO MY NEW SIM CARD    https://smarty.co.uk/activate
 
 I paid twenty pounds to get internet for a month   (See Attachments  )
I received a message stating that activation may occur after two hours
And less than two hours later
I received a message from you that the Internet has been activated on the SMARTY  SIM card number
And I don't have this number at all

Why would you post all your personal information on a public forum? Be prepared to be a victim of identity theft!

@SalarRa_1817356 We are not Smarty staff generally and so we don't know your details (and you should not post personal stuff here anyway).

The best way to deal with this is to have a web chat with Support Team so that they can check your account.
